_cq_id computed from dimension columns that are both immutable across restatements and present in every FOCUS data version. Azure restates a whole billing period on every delivery, so a re-delivered row hashes to the same _cq_id and updates in place instead of duplicating.tags_hash and x_sku_details_hash columns are stable hashes of the tags and x_sku_details maps and take part in that identity, because Azure uses both to separate charges that are otherwise identical: an AKS scale set emits one row per tag set for the same resource, meter and day, and scale set instances bill under one resource id and differ only in x_SkuDetails.VMName.DECIMAL(38,18), the type Cost Management writes them as; they are carried as exact text and never parsed into a float.Microsoft.CostManagement/exports/readMicrosoft.Storage/storageAccounts/blobServices/containers/blobs/read| Name | Type |
