CloudQuery announces $16M funding round to Solve Enterprise Cloud Visibility
A few months ago, our CEO, Yevgeny Pats, wrote a post celebrating CloudQuery’s 4th birthday. It's been quite a journey, particularly over the last 12 months. Since then, we've been shipping major new capabilities across the CloudQuery Platform. Now, we’re even more excited to announce the next phase of CloudQuery’s growth, as we close a $16 million funding round led by Partech. This round includes continued support from Boldstart, Tiger Global, and Work-Bench.
The funding round allows us to expand CloudQuery's platform with AI-assisted multi-cloud asset inventory capabilities while scaling our Fortune 500 go-to-market efforts and building strategic partnerships for accelerated growth. In fact, over the past year, we have already achieved rapid growth across all fronts:
- Quadrupled ARR
- Quadrupled its customer base, including four Fortune 500 financial institutions and major enterprises in automotive, gaming, and finance
- Doubled team size and recently acquired Tailwarden
- Expanded its product from a popular data movement engine into a full-featured multi-cloud asset inventory management platform
Cloud adoption is accelerating across all sorts of businesses, and the problems of fragmented infrastructure and a lack of real-time visibility into complex cloud platforms are becoming more critical for enterprises. We’re working hand in hand with the platform engineers, cloud architects, and the cloud teams that use our product every day to build the tools that these companies need to stay on top of their entire cloud sprawl. We’re already working with Fortune 500 companies across financial services, technology, health care, and more, and we plan on scaling this effort even further over the coming months.
